Low-moderate income renters living in Lexington, MA, are invited for a second opportunity to apply for the Lexington Affordable Housing Trust (AHT) Pilot Rental Assistance Program (Lex PRAP)!

This program is a short-term rental assistance program administered by Metro West Collaborative Development. The program provides up to 6 months of rental assistance for income-eligible, rent-burdened households (those paying more than 30% of gross income on rent, plus, for tenant-paid utilities, a utility allowance).

Please note that the maximum rent limits have been increased.

Applications are now being accepted through November 1, 2026. Completed applications will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.
