Lexington Dental Associates Celebrates 75 Years

The staff of Lexington Dental Associates
Lexington Dental Associates has been a staple in the Lexington community since its founding in 1950, and naturally, some things have evolved over the years. With new faces, advanced technologies, and an expanding patient base, many aspects of the practice have changed. However, what remains constant is our commitment to the values that have defined us for 75 years.

Dr. Richard Saulnier founded the practice in 1950, and today, Dr. Pascale Berty, D.M.D., who joined in 2007, leads the team. Dr. Berty has embraced modern innovations while preserving the family-focused atmosphere that has always been central to the practice. Alongside her are Dr. John F. Ryan, D.M.D., Dr. Jess Liu, D.D.S., Dr. Lisa E. Elder, D.D.S., and Dr. Yana Posemeynik, D.M.D., along with a dedicated team of hygienists, dental assistants, and patient coordinators, many of whom have been with us for over a decade.

Family has always been at the heart of Lexington Dental Associates, both in our approach to patient care and in how we treat our staff. This family-oriented environment is one of the key reasons why employees and patients alike have remained loyal to us throughout the years.
“Our philosophy is simple,” says Dr. Berty. “If you care for patients as you would for your own family, success will follow.” This mindset is reflected in our long-standing relationships with patients, some of whom have been with us since the 1950s and now bring their children, grandchildren, and even great-grandchildren to our practice.

Lexington Dental Associates also strives to make a positive impact in the community by sponsoring local events, supporting cultural organizations, and contributing to causes ranging from cancer research to assisting those in need. We believe that a dental practice should be involved in the community it serves, and our leadership ensures we are active in addressing a wide range of civic and charitable needs.
While continuity and long-standing relationships are essential, staying at the forefront of dental technology is equally important. Dr. Berty and her team have embraced cutting-edge techniques such as a Three-D digital scanner in lieu of traditional impressions to “Bacterial Reduction Therapy,” which allows us to detect, measure and treat harmful bacteria linked to various diseases, including Alzheimer’s, heart disease, and cancer. Those therapies comprise Laser Treatment and Airflow Biofilm Disruption.

Lexington Dental Associates combines a warm, welcoming atmosphere with the latest in dental technology, staying true to Dr. Saulnier’s vision of a practice that balances tradition with innovation. We are proud to have been part of the Lexington community for over 75 years, and we remain committed to providing the best care to our patients.
