Join us for the Lexington Soccer Celebration (LSC) — an 11-day outdoor community experience bringing Lexington together through the excitement of international soccer.
Centered around live match broadcasts on 2 giant outdoor LED screens, the Lexington Soccer Celebration transforms the heart of Lexington Center into a gathering place for residents, visitors, businesses, nonprofits, and cultural organizations. Enjoy international matches, food and drink, family activities, community exhibits, music, entertainment, and a welcoming atmosphere that celebrates the diversity of our community.

The Lexington Soccer Celebration extends beyond the Visitors Center Lawn and into businesses throughout Lexington Center.
Soccer Scavenger Hunt
Participating businesses will hide a small soccer ball somewhere inside their location.
Find the soccer ball and win a daily prize.
A new winner will be selected for each game, giving participants multiple opportunities to play and win throughout the event.
Lexington Soccer Passport Program
Pick up your Passport and visit participating businesses throughout the celebration.
Make a purchase at participating locations to collect a Passport sticker.
Collect 5 Passport stickers and win a gift card. Collect 10 Passport stickers and you’ll be entered to win one of our Grand Prize packages.
Grand Prize Packages:
- For kids: Ride to school in a Lexington Police Cruiser
- For adults: $250 Post 1917 Gift Card, Jewelry from Kaden & Kai, and a One-Night Stay at the Inn at Hastings Park with a Champagne Brunch.
Full prize details and participating locations will be announced at the Chamber Tent.

Getting Here & Parking
The Visitors Center Lawn is located in the heart of Lexington Center and is easily accessible by car, public transportation, bicycle, or on foot.
Free Parking
Thanks to the Lexington Police Department, parking will be FREE daily from 2:00 PM–9:00 PM throughout the event, including all metered spaces.
Nearby parking options include:
- Edison Lot
- Waltham Street Lot
- Depot Parking Lot (adjacent to the event site)
- Free peripheral parking spaces throughout Lexington Center
- Grace Chapel South Lot (approximately 20 spaces)
Public Transportation
Getting to Lexington is easy.
- The Grid provides service between Alewife Station and Lexington Center.
- MBTA Routes 62 and 76 provide direct service from Alewife Station.
- Lexpress offers local transportation throughout Lexington.
By Bike
Bike racks are available adjacent to the Visitors Center Lawn, and Lexington is connected to the Minuteman Bikeway.
On Foot
The event is centrally located and walkable from all directions within Lexington Center.
We encourage visitors to arrive early during high-demand match days and consider public transportation whenever possible.

The Lexington Soccer Celebration is an outdoor event, and the safety of attendees, volunteers, vendors, and staff is our top priority.
Weather Updates
In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, event cancellations, postponements, or schedule changes will be posted directly on this website.
A pop-up notification will appear by 12:00PM whenever event operations have been modified due to weather.
Please check the website before traveling if weather conditions appear questionable.

If outdoor programming must be suspended, we encourage everyone to continue the celebration at one of our community Watch Party locations:

In addition, Grace Chapel has generously offered its Sanctuary as a community gathering space. With seating for approximately 1,200 guests, the Sanctuary provides a comfortable indoor venue where the community can continue enjoying select matches together.
