Laurie Cadigan, the president of Barrett Sotheby’s International Realty purchased JM Barrett and Company in 2007 and employed her marketing skills to grow the brand. Soon the company gained the attention of Sotheby’s International Realty and by 2013 was selected to be the area’s exclusive Sotheby’s International Realty representative. Laurie has been providing real estate services in the Concord area for over 15 years including area real estate sales, mortgage financing, and real estate management. Laurie has held the position of Vice President with the DeWolfe companies, Coldwell Banker and Carlson GMAC.
In her long standing tradition of service to the community, she was the President for the Concord Chamber of Commerce, named Business person of the year in 2012. She continues a personal commitment to her profession, evidenced most recently by her role over the past several years as Finance Chairperson for the GBAR under the Greater Boston Real Estate Board; and was the 2005 and 2006 President. In 2007 she was named Realtor of the Year by the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and became it’s State President in 2011.
She holds industry certifications including Certified Buyer Agent, Certified Residential Broker and a Residential Real Estate Instructor’s License.
She lives in Concord with her husband John and their three children for the past thirty years.
