The Boston Center for Memory is an independent multi-specialty diagnostic and treatment center. They provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations with a specialized treatment plan, recommendations, and continuing follow up care for memory disorders, specifically Mild Cognitive Impairment, Alzheimer’s disease, and other related dementias.
Early detection of Alzheimer’s disease is crucial for slowing progression and improving quality of life. Identifying the condition in its early stages-often through memory tests, brain imaging, and recognizing subtle cognitive changes-allows for timely interventions, including medications, lifestyle changes, and support planning. It also gives individuals and families more time to prepare for the future and participate in clinical trials.
Presentation Topics:
What are the first steps to take when one suspects a dementia diagnosis—who should be consulted? The benefits and necessity of neuropsychological testing. What the Boston Center for Memory offers. Current clinical trial updates for Alzheimer’s and related dementias.
